Hard copies of Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be viewed at the office of the Director of Engineering, Cary Town Hall, after January 18, 2012. The following agencies have been notified of the project: the Associated General Contractors – Raleigh office, McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, the North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development – Durham office, and the CDC News – Cary office after January 18, 2012.
Copies of Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be obtained after January 18, 2012 online at http://townofcary.contractorsplanroom.com at vendor pricing. These documents may also be obtained at the office of the Engineering Department, 316 N. Academy Street, Cary, North Carolina, upon receipt of non-refundable payment of $35.00 per set in cash or check. A postage and handling charge of $15.00 will be added for any items which are mailed.
