The Finance Department's role is to provide financial customer service to utility customers, taxpayers, other Town departments, employees and vendors. Our goals involve providing quality management of the Town's financial resources.

We are located on the first floor of Town Hall, 316 North Academy St. Customers may visit us from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on Town holidays. Park in the free, designated visitor parking spaces on the circular drive off Ambassador Loop Road or any level of the parking deck. Enter Town Hall from one of these entrances:

• The glass doors off Ambassador Loop Road (The customer service window will be located on the right); 
• The three-fountain courtyard (The customer service window will be located on the left);
• From North Academy Street (the window is straight ahead).

A utility bill drop box is located off Ambassador Loop next to the designated parking spaces. Drop boxes can also be found outside the Cary Senior Center in Bond Park and in the parking lot of Morrisville Town Hall.
