Reclaimed Water Projects
Jordan Lake Reclamation - Phase 1, Reclaimed Water Line
Overview
This project, upon completion, will provide a reclaimed water distribution system along Alston Avenue and Green Level Church Road from the Durham County line to McKrimmon Parkway. This reclaimed water line, called for in the Town’s current Reclaimed Water System Master Plan, will provide reclaimed water to customers in the Wake County portion of Research Triangle Park (RTP South) and in western Cary. The reclaimed water line will be connected to the Durham County reclaimed water system at the county line and reclaimed water will be supplied by Durham County.
Schedule
This project is currently under construction. The portion of reclaimed water line from the Durham County line to the Wake County portion of RTP is expected to be completed in early 2012. The portion from RTP South to McKrimmon Parkway is expected to be completed by summer 2013.
