Real Estate Services

Real Estate Services for the Town of Cary is staffed under the Engineering Department.  The real estate staff is comprised of one manager, three real estate specialists, and one real estate technician. Real Estate Services provides services with regards to Capital Projects within the Town and other government agencies. Acquisitions may be in the form of easements, encroachment agreement, or in fee.  The Town also maintains leases for town owned property and demolition projects for Capital and Town owned property where structures are involved.
