TRAFFIC ALERT
Inclement weather delays new signal installation
As a result of recent inclement weather, the Town of Cary has rescheduled the installation of a new signal plan at Carpenter Fire Station Road and NC 55. Weather permitting, this signal is expected to be in full operation by June 11. Drivers should expect minor delays while crews work at the intersection June 9-10. When complete, the plan will incorporate flashing yellow arrows similar to the signal at O’Kelly Chapel Road and NC 55. Any further rescheduling of this signal plan will be posted and updated on the Town of Cary’s Traffic Feed on Twitter @TOC_Traffic.
