As part of the Cary Band Day celebration, Walnut Street will be temporarily closed between Southeast Maynard Road and Cary Towne Boulevard for 24-hours starting at 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 30. Also, sections of Academy and Walnut streets will be closed near the downtown Cary area on October 30 between 6 a.m. and noon for the parade.
