North Carolina artists are encouraged to showcase their craft and apply for exhibit space at the Town of Cary’s 18th Annual Spring Daze Arts & Crafts Festival, scheduled for April 30, 2011 at the Fred G. Bond Metro Park. Spring Daze is only open to artists living in North Carolina, and Cary artists are given priority for admittance. Last year, 80% of the artists were from Wake County, and nearly 16,000 people attended the event. Applications are $12 for Cary residents and $15 for non-residents; all applications must be received by 5 p.m. on January 7, 2010.
