Cary Police Arrest Second Suspect in Weekend's Shooting
CARY, NC – Cary Police have arrested Noe Bernal Lagunas, 20, of Raleigh in Saturday’s early morning shooting that injured two men near the Mobile Estates Trailer Park in Cary. Lagunas has been charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and one count of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling. The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected in this case.
On Saturday, April 24, police were called to a report of shots fired at the intersection of Waco and Stone streets in Cary. Two victims, whose names have not been released, were transported to WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh. A third victim was treated at the scene.
