From now until November 30, 2010, Cary-based non-profit s may now apply for over $30,000 in grant money funded by the Town of Cary’s 2010 Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival. Qualifying organizations must have a 501(c)3 designation and may submit one application per project they wish to have funded. Priority is given to projects by cultural arts organizations; projects with a cultural arts focus; and projects that support Town of Cary or downtown Cary initiatives. Since the program’s inception, more than $475,000 has been returned to the local community. Applications are available online or at Cary Town Hall.
