Cary Invites Residents to Town Hall for Boards and Commissions Recruitment Open House
Town to fill 30+ vacancies on 10 boards
The Town of Cary will host a Boards and Commissions Recruitment Open House on June 2 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Town Hall, 316 N. Academy Street. Following a general information session in Council Chambers, citizens will have the opportunity to ask questions and meet representatives from each of the 10 citizen advisory boards and commissions. Currently there are more than 30 upcoming vacancies on the Town Council’s boards and commissions; applications will be accepted until June 30, 2010, and appointments will be announced in September.
