Us Against Athero Tour Comes to Cary
Interactive Educational Experience Illustrates Importance of Heart Health

Take a 3-D virtual tour in the Artery Explorer, a mobile motion simulator to learn about Atherosclerosis, a silent disease that is linked to nearly 1 in 4 deaths in the United States. Sponsored by the AstraZeneca, the “Us Against Athero” tour and the Artery Explorer will be at the Bond Park Community Center, 150 Metro Park Drive, on Tuesday, May 25 from noon to 7 p.m. and at the Cary Senior Center, 120 Maury O’Dell Place, on Wednesday, May 26 from noon to 7 p.m. This is the first time the program has come to Cary, and the stop is just one of 14 cities on the nation-wide tour.
