Town of Cary Operations on Normal Schedule, Including Tonight’s Town Council Meeting

CARY, NC – With temperatures on the rise as predicted and after several successful days of winter weather road operations, all Town of Cary activities have returned to normal schedule, and tonight’s regular Town Council meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. as planned.  Even so, drivers are encouraged to be cautious given the amount of water remaining in spots around the area.

Crews were able to collect garbage and recycling today and will be on normal schedule tomorrow as will Town offices, programs, and activities, including C-Tran.

There were seven traffic crashes associated with today’s winter storm, one of which resulted in injuries.
