TEENS TO DISCUSS their minds, bodies and souls at forum in cary

Cary teens are invited to find out fun ways to stay healthy at “Mind, Body and Soul”, a Cary teen forum presented by the Town’s Cary Teen Council to be held on Saturday, March 21, 2009 , from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.   Interested teens can register at any of the Town’s community centers or through EZ-REG.  Pre-registration is $5 (Residents), $7 (Non-Residents); on-site registration is $10 (Residents), $13 (Non-Residents).  Topics include: “Healthy Foods versus Bad Foods”, “Get Your Healthy Groove On”, and “What is your Stress Level?”.  For more, visit Teen Scene at www.townofcary.org or call (919) 460-4965.
