CROSS THE U.S. 1/64 BRIDGE IN CARY AT SECOND ANNUAL KIDS TOGETHER WALK

Children of all ages are invited to cross the bridge – the U.S. 1/64 Pedestrian Bridge in Cary – on Saturday, April 18, 2009, for the Second Annual Kids Together Family Fun & Fitness Walk at the Marla Dorrel Park, 111 Thurston Drive;  registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m.  Tickets are $15 per family or $5 per individual.  This fun-filled event will feature live entertainment and awards for kids.   Each year, the walk is held to promote Kids Together Playground, Marla Dorrel Park and MacDonald Woods Park , as well as the pedestrian bridge and greenway trail that connect the two.  For more, visit Parks at www.townofcary.org.
