cream lovers ages 55 and older are invited to kick off their fourth of July
celebration on Thursday, July 2 at
2 p.m.

’s Annual Ice Cream Social at

Senior
Center

. Register
for the event through June 26 at any PRCR staffed facility.
Then on Friday, July 3, everyone is invited to Sertoma Amphitheatre in
Bond Park,
801 High House Road
, at
6:15 p.m.
for the Applause!
Cary Youth Theatre performance of “Faces of Freedom” followed by a
performance by the Cary Town Band. Return
to the park on July 4 for more frills and thrills during the Independence Day
Olde Time Celebration, beginning at
8 a.m.
This year’s celebration features a
parent-child fishing tournament, “Parade in the Park”, eating contests and
water games galore! All events are
