TAKE PART IN CARY ’S FINAL EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP ON HISTORIC PRESERVATION

 

Town of Cary citizens are invited to Historic Preservation Educational Workshop # 3: Integrating Historic Preservation with Overall Planning and Economic Development on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 , from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the Cary Town Council Chambers, 316 N. Academy St .  This workshop will focus on how a preservation program would work in a community like Cary and what the benefits would be; the workshop marks the last of three educational workshops for the Town’s Historic Preservation Master Plan.  Following this workshop, the Town will use community input to develop a draft of goals and objectives that will be presented at the next community meeting on June 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bond Park Community Center , 801 High House Road .  For more, visit Historic Preservation Master Plan at www.townofcary.org.
