 APPLY NOW TO SERVE ON CARY’S BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

Make a difference in your community by applying for one of 41 upcoming vacancies on the Town Council’s ten citizen advisory boards and commissions.  Selected applicants will volunteer for three-year staggered terms, except where unexpired terms are being filled, and advise the Town Council on a variety of topics relating to the Cary community.  Applications are being accepted until June 30, 2009 .  To print out a copy of the application visit the Boards and Commissions section of the Town’s Web site at www.townofcary.org, or to complete and submit the application electronically, email mary.fealey@townofcary.org.  Citizens interested in volunteering can also attend the boards and commissions recruitment open house on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 , at 6:30 p.m. at Cary Town Hall .  For more, call (919) 319-4508.
