Cary Visual Art Annual Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition

Ten extraordinary sculptural works of art have been selected for the 2009 Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition by juror Linda Dougherty, Chief Curator & Curator of Contemporary Art for the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh. Works by sculptors from North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia are on display at Cary’s Town Hall Campus through June 25, 2010. Come view and pick your favorite.

Almost all of Myers’ art is inspired by his walks in the woods. Gruber's architectural experience has had a strong influence in his photographs and his search to capture the feeling and spirit of a particular place or scene. A strong and colorful composition with appropriate background and perspective are important elements in each photograph displayed in this exhibition.
