TRAFFIC ALERT - Cary Parkway
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

From Monday, October 12, to Saturday, October 17, the Town of Cary will continue paving work on both directions of Southwest Cary Parkway from Old Apex Road to High House Road. Also, paving work will occur on Waldo Rood Boulevard, Bebington Drive and Bond Lake Drive at Southwest Cary Parkway. Each day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., motorists can expect periodic lane closures, traffic shifts, and overnight lane closures; one lane will remain open in each direction at all times. Motorists can expect left-turn restrictions at all intersections with Southwest Cary Parkway between Old Apex Road and High House Road during work hours. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to the following weekday (i.e., Monday's work will occur on Tuesday). The work is necessary as part of the Cary Parkway Pavement Rehabilitation Project.
