Previous season ticket holders were asked to vote for their favorite shows for the 2009-2010 Marvelous Music season, and based on the results, the Town booked the new season! The season kicks off with Riders in the Sky on Saturday, September 26 at 7:30 p.m. and continues with the Hunt Family ( November 7, 2009 ); Bonus Concert - Concert Singers of Cary and Mike Wiley ( January 16, 2010 ); Dukes of Dixieland ( February 19, 2010 ); and Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra ( April 30, 2010 ). Season tickets are $52 (4-concert package) or $45 (3-concert package); call (919) 462-3969 for a season ticket order form. Individual tickets, which go on sale two months prior to each concert date, can be purchased at the Herb Young Community Center , Monday through Friday, noon-6 p.m. or through Ticketmaster, www.ticketmaster.com or (800) 745-3000. Purchased individually, tickets are $18 (adults), $16 (seniors 55 and older) or $56 (Family & Friends 4-pack). The bonus concert is $12 (advance) and $15 (at the door).
