Young Community Center, 101 Wilkinson Ave., from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. From the dance music of Cuba to Plena and Bomba of Puerto Rico or melodies of the Dominican Republic, the free festival will offer tantalizing rhythms to suit just about every Caribbean flavor.
