Citizens are invited to review and comment on the draft Site Design Standards as part of the Town of Cary ’s Site Design Standards project on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 , from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Page-Walker Arts and History Center , 119 Ambassador Loop Road . This meeting marks the second of two workshops for the Site Design Standards project aimed at improving the application of the seven design principles found in the Town’s design guidelines manual through clearly defining usable standards, increasing consistency of staff and developer/applicant interpretations, and facilitating creation of desired results in site planning.
