With the completion of the Heritage Pines bridge in Cary , drivers may now travel uninterruptedly on Louis Stephens Drive between Jenks Carpenter Road north and Morrisville Carpenter Road , approximately 2.4 miles.  This newly opened section of Louis Stephens Drive creates more convenient access to locations such as the Cary Tennis Center , Western Wake Regional Library, Green Hope High and Elementary Schools, and Carpenter Elementary School .
