Cary Police Seek Help in Locating Kidnapping Suspect
Police also seek information on female accomplice

CARY, NC – The Town of Cary Police Department seeks your help in locating Joshua Vanpatrick Haley, 24, of Raleigh in connection with a kidnapping that occurred on Tuesday, October 28, 2008; Haley and an unknown black female allegedly forced Kiara Lenise Jasper, 19, from her residence at 216 S. Lake St. in Cary shortly after 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Police are also seeking information on the identity of the female suspect.
Haley and the female suspect reportedly drove to Jasper’s residence in a white and burgundy vehicle with “Budweiser” written on the hood and sides of the vehicle. Haley and the unknown female exited the vehicle and knocked on the door to Jasper’s residence. After no one answered, Haley kicked in the door and forcibly removed Jasper from the residence. The female suspect drove the vehicle from the scene while Haley held Jasper down in the back seat. The two then transported Jasper to
