VOLUNTEER FOR CARY’S NATIONALLY-RECOGNIZED

LAZY DAZE ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL

Volunteer recruitment for the Town of Cary’s much loved Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival begins today, Monday, July 7, 2008 and will continue through Thursday, August 21, 2008.  Volunteer opportunities are available Friday, August 22, 2008 from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., and Saturday, August 23, 2008 from 6 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.  The Town welcomes schools groups, community organizations and clubs who are interested in volunteering; all volunteers will receive a commemorative Lazy Daze T-shirt.  Volunteers must be at least 15 years old; those younger than 15 may volunteer with a parent or guardian.  To volunteer, call (919) 462-3862 or e-mail katie.crain@townofcary.org.  For more information, call (919) 462-3862 or visit Lazy Daze at www.townofcary.org.
