Weather permitting, the Town of Cary’s annual fireworks celebration will take place around 9 p.m. tonight at Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre, following a previously scheduled SummerFest concert by the North Carolina Symphony.  Admission to the concert, which begins around 7:30 p.m., is $22.  However, given the rescheduling of the community fireworks celebration, citizens can come in around 8:15 p.m. and enjoy the second half of the concert for free and stay for the fireworks.
