  The tree is back, and you and your organization are invited to create an ornament to be hung on the Community Tree in Cary Town Hall !  Each year, the tree features ornaments that reflect the diversity of the Town.  Groups and organizations are encouraged to create an ornament that reflects the intent or purpose of their organization. Groups that provided an ornament last year may use their same ornament, replace the old one, or add a new one. To participate, RSVP at (919) 469-4061, and create the ornament using the specifications available on the Town’s Web site at Community Tree Project.  Bring the ornament to the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department desk at Town Hall, 316 N. Academy St. by Dec. 1, 2008 .  Then, come to the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Community Tree decorating celebration on Dec. 6 to represent your group.  For more, call (919) 469-4061.
