– TRAFFIC ALERT –

A portion of the right, outside lane of westbound Tryon Road in Cary between Royce Drive and Brisbane Woods Way, which is in the vicinity of Piney Plains Road and Walnut Street, has been closed tonight because of a sinkhole that formed as a result of the region’s recent inclement weather.  Crews will begin repairing the pavement on Tuesday morning, and motorists should expect delays until the work is complete.
