DOG PARK & SEARS FARM PLAYGROUND TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE IN CARY

The Town of Cary will temporarily close the Cary Dog Park in Robert V. Godbold Park , 2050 NW Maynard Road , on Thursday, August 23 at 8 a.m.   The park will reopen at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 24.  The closing is necessary to remove several dead trees that officials believe could pose a danger to those enjoying the park.

Also, the playground at Sears Farm Road Park , 5077 Sears Farm Road , will be closed for maintenance Monday, August 27-31.  Town staff will be replacing playground surface materials and repairing sand box timbers.
