SILVER CORNET BAND FOR MARVELOUS MUSIC OPENER

, NC – Two of the most talented bands
on the east coast will take center stage in Cary this Saturday, November 10,
to open Cary’s 8th
Annual Marvelous Music Concert Series; beginning
at 7:30 p.m., the Cary Town Band will open up for the main act – Mr. Jack
Daniel’s Original Silver Cornet Band –
at the Herbert C. Young
Community Center, 101 Wilkinson Ave. Tickets
to see the bands are now on sale for $18 (adults), $16 (seniors 55 and older),

spin-off of the first Silver Cornet Band, Mr. Jack Daniel's Original Silver
Cornet Band brings vividly to life the sights and sounds of a vanished era in
American musical history via a 12-piece band of professional musicians dedicated
to playing the music of the small town bands of over half a century ago.

the century bands led by Sousa, Goldman and others who popularized band concerts
