AREA TEENS INVITED TO SPEAK UP AT CARY TEEN FORUM

Middle school and high school aged teens are invited to participate in this year’s forum, “Are We Really all that Different?”, on Saturday, March 24 at the Herb Young Community Center , 101 Wilkinson Ave. from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Area teens will discuss diversity-related topics, and internationally-known magician Jim Passé will also speak with the students about overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles.  Registration costs are $5 (residents) and $7 (non-residents) in advance and $7 (residents) and $8 (non-residents) the day of the event.  Register at any of the Town’s community centers or with EZ Reg at www.townofcary.org.  For more, visit Special Events at www.townofcary.org or call (919) 460-4695.
