VENDING MACHINE BANDITS SOUGHT IN CARY

 

CARY , NC The Town of Cary Police Department is asking for your help in identifying suspects in a string of recent thefts from vending machines.

 

At 1:08 a.m. today, two suspects broke into Green Hope High School , 2500 Carpenter-Upchurch Road and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from one vending machine.  The point of entry is unknown at this time.

 

The suspects are described as two white males between 16 and 21 years old – the same description of suspects who unsuccessfully attempted to burglarize vending machines at Green Hope High and at Cary Tennis Park , 2727 Louis Stephens Drive on Monday, September 25.

 

Also after exhausting all leads, Cary Police are seeking help in identifying the suspect, shown in this video surveillance, who allegedly burglarized four vending machines at Cary Christian School , 1330 Old Apex Road on August 24, 2006 at about 7 a.m. The suspect broke the window of a classroom to gain entry into the school and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the machine.

 

The suspect appears to be a white male, 18-25 years old, 5 feet 7 inches-5 feet 10 inches tall,150-160 pounds, black hair, fair complexion and was last seen wearing a ponytail, black ball cap, black T-shirt, black sneakers and a blue denim shirt.

 

“We continue to work diligently to solve these cases, but we need your help to identify the perpetrators of this crime and bring them to justice,” said Captain Dave Wulff.
