ARREST ONE SUSPECT IN STRING OF VENDING MACHINE BURGLARIES
Warrant pending against second suspect
CARY, NC –
Moses and an accomplice
allegedly broke into the following locations and stole money from vending
machines:
“Thanks
to the anonymous tip and the collaboration between Raleigh and Cary Police, we
were able to get this suspect off the street and in custody,” said Captain
Dave Wulff. Raleigh Police have
also filed charges against Moses in a similar string of burglaries in
Felonious Breaking and
Entering and Felony Larceny are Class H felonies that each carry a maximum penalty of 4-25 months in
prison.
Breaking
into Coin or Currency Operated Machine is a Class I felony that carries a
maximum of 3-12 months in prison. Damage
Coin or Currency Operated Machine is a Class 1 misdemeanor that carries a
maximum of 1-150 days in prison.
