CARY,
NC – Cary Police arrested two men today following the armed robbery of a man
at gunpoint on Wednesday, June 14 in Cary; Dwight
Daniel Hinton, 16, of 732 N. Harrison Ave. in Cary was charged with one
count of armed robbery and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a
minor, and a 13-year-old male of Cary was charged with one count of armed
robbery. Because the second
suspect is a juvenile, police cannot release the suspect’s name or address.
“We
are very glad to bring a quick resolution to this very serious crime,” said
Captain Dave Wulff.

suspects initially fled up
Armed
robbery is a Class D felony, which has a penalty of 38-183 months in jail,
fines, and court costs. Contributing
to the delinquency of a minor is a Class 1 misdemeanor, which has a penalty of
1-120 days in jail, fines, and court costs.
Hinton
was transported to the
