ARREST OVEREXPOSED SUSPECT
CARY, NC – Cary police
arrested and charged John
Lowell Briscoe, 37, of 103 Ashton Hall Lane in Raleigh, with three counts of
preparation of obscene photographs, slides and motion pictures and one count of
indecent exposure. Briscoe allegedly
showed naked pictures of himself to three unsuspecting victims and exposed
himself to another victim shortly before his arrest on Wednesday, July 26; all
of the incidents occurred in

"We will not tolerate
this type of behavior in our community," said Captain Dave Wulff.
"If anyone else feels they have been a victim of a crime by this
suspect, please contact us."

Both of Briscoe's charges
are Class 2 Misdemeanors, and each count carries one to 60 days in jail.
