CARY, NC – Cary Police are asking for your help in apprehending a suspect who exposed himself to a 12-year-old boy at Wake County’s Cary Public Library, 310 South Academy Street in downtown Cary on Thursday, June 15 at 1 p.m.  The suspect allegedly approached a juvenile in the bathroom and touched the victim on the stomach before someone walked into the bathroom.  The suspect then walked away from the victim; the victim’s parents later brought the victim to the police station to report the incident.  Because the victim is a juvenile, police cannot release the victim’s name or address.

“This was a terrible crime, and we will be working diligently to find the perpetrator,” said Captain Dave Wulff.  “Parents should encourage their kids to tell them about any suspicious activities or crimes.”
