– Cary Police have negotiated the surrender of a man accused of marketing
soap as cocaine. Cary
Police arrested Stephen
Curtis Hoyle, 18, of
1302 Castalia Drive
in
Cary
, in downtown
Raleigh
shortly before
5 p.m.
today and charged with one count of sale and delivery of a counterfeit
controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to sale and
delivery of a counterfeit controlled substance.
Hoyle
was transported to the
Wake
County
Public
Safety
Center
following his arrest. He
could face up to two years in prison
for each charge, for a total of up to four
years.
