FUNNY MOVES AT PAGE-WALKER ARTS & HISTORY CENTER THIS WEEKEND
Four
delightfully funny one-act plays will be performed in pairs on the first and
third floors, including: “Blind Date” by Horton Foote; “The Still Alarm”
by George S. Kaufman; “The Love Course” by A.R. Gurney; and “Flattering
Word” by George Kelly. During
intermission, guests can treat their funny bones to dessert, coffee and music on
the second floor before switching floors to watch the next pair of plays.
“This
show is a great opportunity to break away from the ordinary and enjoy live,
comical entertainment,” said Performing Arts Coordinator Sarah Bunch.
Bunch added that the event is open to all ages but would be most enjoyed
by those 13 and older.
