WRAL HURRICANE KATRINA RELIEF DONATIONS ACCEPTED THIS WEEKEND AT POPS IN THE PARK CONCERT

Cary, NC – Monetary donations will be accepted at the WRAL Pops in the Park concert this Sunday, September 4, 2005 at the Town of Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park. All donations will go to the American Red Cross in an effort to help those affected by Hurricane Katrina. Cash or checks written to “WRAL Disaster Relief” will be accepted at the guest services and WRAL booths.

This Labor Day concert tradition is free and features the North Carolina Symphony with special guest Mike Cross.  The evening ends with fireworks over Symphony Lake.  Gates open at 4:30 p.m.  Showtime is 7 p.m.
