CARY, NC – Cary Police have charged two teens with assault inflicting serious
injury and applied for juvenile petitions for two other juveniles following the
December 16, 2005 attack of a Cary High School student.

“This was an
unfortunate incident, and we will continue working with the school to ensure
that appropriate safety measures are followed,” said Captain Dave Wulff.
Assault inflicting a serious injury is a Class A1
Misdemeanor, which has a maximum penalty of 150 days in jail, fines and court
costs.
Cary Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,500 for
additional information related to this crime.
