Police are urging anyone who has information on the identity of John Doe 1, a
suspect charged with conspiracy to traffic in marijuana following a police chase
on Wednesday, December 21, to contact Cary Crime Stoppers at (919) 226-CRIME or Cary Police at (919) 469-4017. Cary Crime Stoppers will pay
up to $2,500 for information related to this crime. All
calls related to this crime will be kept CONFIDENTIAL at caller's request.
The suspect has been
refusing to cooperate with authorities for nearly a week.

IN
IDENTIFYING REMAINING SUSPECT
CARY, NC – Cary
Police have released the identity of one of the suspects charged with conspiracy
to traffic in marijuana following a police chase on Wednesday, December 21 in
the Wake County jurisdiction. Through
fingerprinting, police identified John Doe 2 as Gary Courtney Fitzgerald, 38, of
The
remaining suspect, temporarily identified as John Doe 1, is still refusing to
cooperate with authorities. Anyone
with information on the identity of the suspect is urged to contact Cary Crime
Stoppers at (919) 226-CRIME or Cary
Police at (919) 469-4017. Cary Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,500 for
information related to this crime.
