PARKS, RECREATION AND CULTURAL RESOURCES TEMPORARY CLOSURES


Portions of Black Creek Greenway Closed

Trail repair work will take place on the Black Creek Greenway between May 8th and May 15th. The replacement of trail drainage culverts just north of the Western Parkway will require that the trail be closed in this area during construction. Construction warning signs will be posted on both side of the construction area. For additional information, please call (919) 469-4061.

 

Basketball Courts Closed for Sidewalk Repairs

The basketball courts at Godbold Park will be closed Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday May 9 in order to make repairs to the sidewalks adjacent to the courts. Signage at the park indicates the areas affected by the sidewalk repairs. Godbold Park is located at 2050 NW Maynard Rd. For additional information, please call (919) 469-4061.
