The North Carolina Master Chorale (formerly the Raleigh Oratorio Society) performs Sergei Rachmaninoff’s All-Night Vigil (Vespers), featuring the 170-voice chorale and Randall Outland, Tenor. In this a cappella work, Rachmaninoff skillfully weaves chant-based melodies into a rich harmonic fabric.
