POLICE SEARCH FOR CLUES IN OVERNIGHT BURGLARY
CARY, NC – The Town of Cary’s Police Department is asking for your help in apprehending suspects responsible for the overnight burglary and vandalism of several businesses at 106 Ridgeview Drive in central Cary.
Sometime after 8:00 PM, police believe that at least two suspects broke into a Cary dentist office, a therapy clinic, and an accounting firm, breaking windows, doors, cabinets, and walls and taking with them several valuable items including a green Macintosh IMAX computer and two GPX stereo CD boom boxes. The suspects appear to have used a car or other vehicle in committing the crime.
Cary Police and members of the City County Bureau of Investigations remain at the scene at this hour collecting evidence. Early estimates place losses in excess of $10,000.
Police are asking anyone who may have been in the area and seen suspicious activity that could be tied to this case to share their information immediately.
Cary Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the individuals responsible for this crime.
