SUSPECT AT LARGE AFTER LARCENY

 

CARY, NC – Cary Police are asking for help in locating one suspect who is involved in a larceny. The theft occurred at the Piercing Pagoda in the Cary Towne Mall on Wednesday, May 16, 2001 at 10:05 AM. The clerk was in the process of opening the store when the suspect approached the counter where several pieces of jewelry were located, grabbed the items and ran out a side door of the mall. The suspect is also being looked in relation to another larceny at Northern Reflections, also located at Cary Towne Center, on May 6, 2001 at 1:09 PM.

Police are looking for a black male, 6’0", 160-170lbs, about 30 years old. He seen wearing dark black sunglasses, a dark blue or black trench coat, blue jeans, and boots.

Cary Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the individual responsible for this crime.
