"Art Quilts: Narrative Form", a juried gallery exhibition of thirty-four art quilts which each tell a story, will be shown at the Page-Walker Arts and History Center in Cary, NC, May 4-30, 2001. The opening reception will be on Sunday, May 6 from 2-4 PM. The quilts were chosen by curator Amy Stewart Winsor for their artistic merit and the message each one conveys to the viewer. Twenty-three artists from nine states, the District of Columbia and two Canadian provinces, are represented in the exhibition.
