PSA—HELP BUILD THE PLAYGROUND

The Town of Cary and Kids Together, Inc., need 170 volunteers to assemble and install a large play structure and safety surfacing at Kids Together Playground, currently under construction. Adult and teen workers are needed from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, February 25-27. The park is located off the Cary Parkway and Thurston Drive, behind the Wellington Park Shopping Center. The Kids Together Playground is designed to provide accessibility and integrated play opportunities for all children, regardless of their level of physical or mental ability. To volunteer, please contact the Cary Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Resources Department at 469-4061 by Monday, February 14.
