Clarification on Schools Funding Public Hearing Scheduled for Thursday Night in Cary ADV

CLARIFICATION ON SCHOOLS FUNDING PUBLIC HEARING
SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY NIGHT IN CARY

Thursday’s 6:00 PM special schools meeting will give citizens an opportunity to comment on ANY ASPECT of the new Cary schools funding plan, including but not limited to those issues discussed by six community leaders at a public forum on April 26th. The only limitation placed on comments tomorrow night is in terms of the length of each person’s comments—a maximum of five minutes.

Since this item is also part of the Town’s proposed budget, citizens can also use that public hearing—to be held in early or mid June—as another opportunity to speak on the record about the schools funding issue.
