MORNING UPDATE FOR TOWN OF CARY
STORM EFFORTS

TRAVEL
As with most areas in the Triangle, Cary roads are in relatively good shape, but drivers need to use slow speeds and watch out for numerous slick spots.
Town of Cary Public Works crews have again spread sand and salt on major streets, intersections, and bridges in Cary to mitigate the effects of overnight freezing rain.
ACCIDENTS & PUBLIC SAFETY
One accident has been reported in Cary this morning. Traffic and calls for service are relatively normal.
GARBAGE
Garbage and recycling collection is back on regular schedule this week. Citizens need to bring their garbage and recycling to the curb by 7:00 AM on collection day.
