VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR CARY CLEAN-UP

One thousand Volunteers ages 15 and older are needed to participate in two highway cleanup projects: Saturday, April 24^th, and Saturday, June 19^th. Both will begin at 9:00 AM and take about two hours. Both cleanups will focus on roadside litter collection along two major corridors: HWY US1/64 from MacGregor up to the I-40 interchange and from the I-40 interchange along I-40 up to the Wade Avenue bridge. Collection will not include medians. The Town will provide bags, safety vests, and gloves. No one under age 14 can participate. Call 467-7077 or email Town Hall to volunteer!
